Julia Natalia Leszczyńska

Chairman of the Board

Finalist of the "25 under 25" competition in the "Business and New Technologies" category, organized by the "Forbes" magazine and McKinsey & Company. A graduate of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJATK) with Computer Games specialization. For 5 years actively involved in the production of computer games. Founder of SimFabric S.A. Lead Programmer of "ElectriX" simulator. She created her first game at the age of six, as recalled in "World Creators," a document series by Canal+ Discovery. Winner of the main prize in the European Space Agency (ESA) competition for the best space application. Distinction in the Universal Studios competition for the preparation of a game project based on the JAWS brand of Steven Spielberg. She has worked on over 20 game projects for companies such as Techland, PlayWay, and SimFabric. Ms. Julia Leszczyńska is also a stockholder of the Issuer and owns 800,000 of its shares, constituting 12.80% share in the Issuer's share capital and in the total number of votes at the General Meeting. In addition, Ms. Julia Leszczyńska is the daughter of Mr. Emil Leszczyński (Chairman of the Supervisory Board and stockholder of the Company).

Emil Leszczyński

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

He has been closely associated with the computer games industry in Poland for over 25 years. Creator, designer and Lead Programmer of over 50 computer games. Editor-in-chief and editor in magazines about computer games and new technologies: "Top Secret", "Reset", "Secret Service", "Futura", "eMedia". Creator of TV programs on games and new technologies: - "Escape" - Polonia1, "W sieci" - TVP2. Winner of the competition organized by ESA (European Space Agency) for the best ESAintouch space application, Unity3D main prize winner for creating a new solution for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML-Agents) in games and simulators. Mr. Emil Leszczyński is also a stockholder of the Issuer and holds 1,038,000 shares, constituting 16.61% of the share capital of the Issuer and the total number of votes at the General Meeting. In addition, Mr. Emil Leszczyński is the father of Ms. Julia Leszczyńska (Chairman of the Management Board and stockholder of the Company).

Kamila Woszczak

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Warsaw Film School - photography department, graduate of the exhibition and interior design department, industrial design designer, computer graphic designer for 20 years at LC Elektronik.

Piotr Leszczyński

Member of the Supervisory Board

Master of Arts in English Studies (Translation Studies specialty), a graduate of the Institute of English Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. Former editor of press magazines on video games; he was Managing Editor of  "Secret Service" magazine and Director of TV show "Escape."

Currently an audiovisual translator and editor of subtitles for the top streaming media, including Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. Member of the Supervisory Boards in MobileFabric S.A. and VRFabric S.A.

Mr. Piotr Leszczyński is also the uncle of Ms. Julia Leszczyńska (Chairman of the Management Board and stockholder of the Company) and brother of Mr. Emil Leszczyński (Chairman of the Supervisory Board and stockholder of the Company).

Marcin Woszczak

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, MBA Diploma of WSFiU. Has 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in companies in the FMCG sector, Sales and Marketing Director Ajinomoto Poland, National Sales Manager at Nestle Polska S.A., Head of Sales and Marketing Aviko, National Sales Manager Develey Polska. At present, the National Head of Sales at Eurocash S.A.

Marcin Koc

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Completed a course on International Financial Reporting Standards organized by Ernst & Young.

For 3 years associated with SimFabric and its subsidiaries, as a Programmer and Lead Programmer, working on creating simulators and solutions for Virtual Reality. Co-originator of the SAR technology, developed in the subsidiary Blind Warrior Sp. z o.o., which obtained a grant from the National Center for Research and Development to create its own technology, with the help of which the company will be able to create simulators for visually impaired and blind people.
Mr. Marcin Koc is an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, as well as a member of the Audit Committee of SimFabric S.A.
