IV. Strategy

In the adopted development strategy, the Issuer assumes further development of its activity by porting and publishing large, low and medium budget high-margin games by dispersed small development teams. This approach of the Company's Management Board ensures that the investment risk associated with the production of a single game is minimized.


The development strategy will be implemented by achieving the following objectives:


I. Development of the porting studio.


II. Participation in the most important trade fairs in the world (including Gamescom Cologne, PAX West Seattle, China Joy in Shanghai, Tokyo Gameshow in Japan and Game Connect in Paris).


III. Diversifying the game portfolio by porting and publishing at least a dozen productions a year.


IV. Attracting investors to create new games.


V. Conducting research and development activities.
