IV. Strategy

By using adopted development strategy, the Issuer expects further expansion of its activity through porting and publishing large, low and mid-budget high-margin games made by small and dispersed development teams. This approach of the Company's Board of Directors ensures that the investment risk associated with the production of any game is minimized.


The development strategy will be implemented by achieving the following objectives:


I. Development of the porting studio.


II. Participation in the most important trade fairs in the world (including Gamescom Cologne, PAX West Seattle, China Joy in Shanghai, Tokyo Gameshow in Japan and Game Connect in Paris).


III. Diversifying the game portfolio by porting and publishing at least a dozen productions a year.


IV. Attracting investors to create new games.


V. Conducting research and development activities.

VI. Developing games in the "Pay to Earn" model based on blockchain technology.
